Qwest is one of the premiere carriers in the western United States and offers two main local-only phone services. One is a full featured unlimited usage service called Qwest Choice Home Plus which is approximately $35 per month and the other is Qwest Choice Home with unlimited usage and your choice of three features at approximately $30 a month. Features include Qwest's Line-Backer service, which gives you a warranty against inside line or jack problems, custom ringing, caller ID with security screening and six free 411 calls.
